Cancellations & Re-Scheduling:
- No refunds are available for any cancellation or change made less than 8 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up date and time.
- A partial refund equal to 50 percent of the cost of the ride will be provided for any cancellation or change made between 8 and 12 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
- Full refunds offered for cancellations made 12 or more hours prior to the customer’s scheduled pick-up time.
- Changes to dates, times, and locations requested after booking will be accommodated when possible. If the change to the reservation increases the cost of the original booking, the customer will be charged the difference in cost.
- If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, and your rescheduled flight conflicts with another client’s booking, every attempt will be made to accommodate the change. However the customer wait time could be extended significantly. If we cannot accommodate the rescheduled booking request, please refer to the above cancellation details for pricing.
No Show Policy:
A no-show fee equal to the cost of the booking will be charged to the customer if the customer fails to be present at the designated pick-up location, including any additional wait time and fees incurred by rocket rides.
Damage:
The customer is fully responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by said customer. Any damage will result in a charge for the full cost of the repair (minimum charge of $350). If a customer gets sick inside the vehicle, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of decontaminating the vehicle by a cleaning company of Rocket Rides’ choosing.
Scheduling in Advance:
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, as time slots fill quickly. Please try to book a minimum of 48 hours in advance. We will always make every attempt to fulfill your booking request if we are available.
Wait Time:
Rocket Rides will monitor your flight to ensure your driver is at the designated pickup location upon the scheduled arrival of the flight/train. Your driver will wait at the designated pickup location for one hour after your flight, train, or vessel has arrived. A wait time charge of $75 per hour will be charged to the customer’s initial form of payment at 15 minute increments for any wait time beyond one hour. In the unfortunate event of an extended delay beyond 2 hours, it is possible that a new ride will need to be booked. Please remain in contact with your driver by calling or texting 603-777-2819. We ask that you frequently check your text messages and/or voicemail for messages from your driver.
Unforeseen Emergencies:
Rocket Rides reserves the right to subcontract with another car service company or cancel a reservation in the event of any unforeseen emergency or extended delay.
Miscellaneous:
Your payment confirms you agree to Rocket Rides Car Service, LLC terms & conditions and all policies as outlined.
Your payment confirms you agree to the cost of service provided, and dates, times, and addresses provided in your quotes, reservations, and confirmation emails.
Child safety seats are not provided by Rocket Rides Car Service, LLC. You must provide your own federally-approved child passenger restraint. Our driver will not install child seats into the vehicle for you. You must properly fasten and secure the seat yourself and you assume all liabilities by doing so. Upon request, we can hold you car seat or booster seat for your return ride at no additional cost.
Trips Within New Hampshire:
All passengers under the age of 18, but over the age of 7 are required to wear a seatbelt at all times. If we are transporting a passenger under the age of 7, a child safety seat is required. See RSA 265:107-a for more details.
Trips Within Massachusetts:
All passengers over the age of 8 are required to wear a seatbelt at all times. If we are transporting a passenger under the age of 8 or under 57 inches tall, a child safety seat is required. See MGL, Part 1, Title XIV, Chapt. 90, Section 7AA for more details.
